STEP ONE
Defining Your Home Decorating Style
The very first step is ensuring that we fully understand your vision for your new residential project. During this phase, we need to get to know you. We will send information about the company and our process to you for you to review via email. From there, a discovery call is scheduled via Zoom or phone to discuss your questions and learn more about your project. On the call, we’ll ask you questions about decor styles, discuss trending interior design styles, and begin to think about which construction elements will need to happen to achieve the home styling of your dreams. If a site visit is necessary, we will schedule that at the conclusion of the discovery call. The site visit will be a maximum of 2 hours to walk through the house or condo, take additional notes, and photos and possibly take measurements if needed.
STEP TWO
Laying the Groundwork
We believe that remodeling your home should be simple! That’s why we handle all the logistics of coordinating with plumbers, electricians, architects, builders, and other contractors who will be helping to create your vision. Our goal is for you to get exactly what you want with zero effort spent on coordinating complicated logistics.
STEP THREE
Focusing on Finishes
The next step is to sketch out your project. This includes but is not limited to: flooring directions, ceiling designs, shower tile elevations, accent wall details, vanity lighting elevations, and furniture space planning for each room. This stage also involves CAD drafting for the project as appropriate by scope, including flooring layouts, ceiling details, interior and tile elevations, and furniture layouts.
STEP FOUR
Final Touches & Furniture
Now for the fun part! We help you choose the best furniture, area rugs, decorative lighting, bedding, window treatments, and accessories. This includes ensuring that the selection, spacing, textures, and finishes all meet your goals and look phenomenal in your space. During this stage, we’ll also integrate any personal pieces you want to bring in. We always work around the pieces that matter to you. This is YOUR home, so you get to decide!
